Community Gate Update

Good evening, neighbors - I wanted to share a quick update on the status of 3 community gates:

  • Conococheague Gate – This gate is currently open due to a faulty phone board. The board must be replaced before the gate can return to normal operation.

  • Americana Gate – Earlier today, the gate closed on a trailer that was halfway through. The gate is still functional, but it will need to be welded. That repair is expected to be completed by mid-April.

  • Piscataway Gate – I was informed today that this gate is currently stuck open. We will be inspecting it tomorrow to determine what is causing it to remain open.

We will share additional updates as more information becomes available. We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as we work to keep the community safe and our equipment properly maintained.
